I haven't seen Slumdog but topping Milk? Hard. I was hoping for it to get more than two awards but still, it's something.

I assume you're referring to 'The Wrestler' getting snubbed. WTF Oscar?

-nod- you assume right. WTF is three nominees when usually it's five and TWO from the same movie and no Bruce? That's robbing. -nod- Which is also why I wanted Peter Gabriel to win but alas, it wasn't. *sigh*

The scariest thing, with the exception of Frost/Nixon, Benjamin Button, I've seen every single one of those movies, including the nominated ones.

Yes, I'm a total movie fanatic.

And have quite the opinion on all of them.

LOL you're too good! I'm trying though. Hey, I'm a good half of the way, right? ;) And I totally need to see Frost/Nixon. Someday. *sigh* And actually all the '40s one I'm missing.

i hate how much i've come to spite Slumdog, seeing as i haven't even seen it yet. >< i just...ugh. okay, i get it, ~it's an inspiring movie~ but do i REALLY need to hear "Jai Ho" every five fucking minutes? D:

though i realised something; i think Slumdog had to win. this morning, Good Morning America was all ~OMG SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE~ and had this 'Oscar party' at the Hollywood theatre in full-out Bollywood style and they had singers and dancers and...they couldn't have had that much flamboyancy if ANY of the other films had won. i know it may sound a bit paranoid, but... :\ you have to admit, really.

I mean, seriously? It's kind of the same thing for me even if I don't want to be prejudice or anything. And while I don't know that song, wtf is with Bruce Springsteen getting COMPLETELY robbed?

Anyway I think you're right. The Oscars are always predictable and that was the big favorite so no news here at least for me.

Oh crud! I just realized that I never looked for those pictures for you of Losties looking up. Do you still need any?

With the Losties looking up someone else covered me but if you found one of the beach camp possibly with all the tents up and the less people the better you'd kind of save my life because I still can't find it. *headdesk* If you can't no problem, thanks anyway!
