So, this morning I went to the gym and delighted myself in finally not having to listen to their crappy radio, since after six months I finally resolved to replace my broken old mp3 and bought a new one (which is small, black, pretty, stylish and therefore I'll refer to it as Sayid. But anyway, not the point). At one point started a song that I hadn't been listening to for ages and stuck a plot bunny in my head which won't go away. Problem is, I could do it in three different ways. One is actually according to canon so that isn't the problem, but the two others would be way more interesting to do. Problem is, I don't know whether the premise for both of them would work. So, uhm, help me out?

About question #1: given that whoever was left behind on the island gets rescued a couple of years later, while he's there Sawyer starts really regretting how things went with Cassidy and that he never met Clementine, when they are back she's the only one that bothers to go see him and that they come together again in a LONG span of time.
About question #2: given that the whole O6 doesn't exist, they all get rescued, Kate definitely decides that she's in love with Sawyer and Jack/Juliet decide to move in since he's alone, she's alone and hey, they started to fancy each other.
